Gajar halwa or gajar ladoo... one method, two recipes.. Ingredients: Carrot grated- 500gms Milk- 500ml Sugar- 30-35gms or as per requirement Pure ghee- 2tbsp Dry fruits as per your choice Method- Add ghee, grated carrot, milk and when little milk is left, add sugar and let it absorb completely so that you can make ladoos with the mixture. Let it cool and make ladoos or eat as gajar halwa.

Coconut Barfi: Heat ghee in a pan, put 1/2 milk in it and heat it while stirring, now add Amul powder while stirring so that no gutli does not fall. Now put coconut sawdust, sugar, and water in it and cook it well. Till the ghee is not seen from the pan. Now as soon as you see the ghee, turn off the gas and spread it on a plate and keep it to cool down with the help of a spatula. As soon as it cools down, cut it with the help of a knife. Just ready to enjoy the coconut barfi.
