- In a bowl, beat the butter and MILKMAID. Add vanilla essence and a cup of crushed cashew nuts. Mix in the crushed biscuits, little by little until it forms a smooth dough
- Make three logs from the dough and roll each of them over the rest of crushed cashew nuts. Place them on a flat plate so that the logs are coated with cashew nuts
- Wrap them in a sheet of cling film or aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Unwrap log, slice and serve!
