Gajar ladoo cum Gajar Halwa

Gajar halwa or gajar ladoo... one method, two recipes.. Ingredients: Carrot grated- 500gms Milk- 500ml Sugar- 30-35gms or as per requirement Pure ghee- 2tbsp Dry fruits as per your choice Method- Add ghee, grated carrot, milk and when little milk is left, add sugar and let it absorb completely so that you can make ladoos with the mixture. Let it cool and make ladoos or eat as gajar halwa.

Notes/Tips

Don’t forget to add dry fruits while you add milk. Add sugar before milk is dried up completely You can also add ghee before adding sugar
