Rose thandai coconut mawa burfi
This sweet treat is excellent for traditional celebrations. I made this for holi and it came out super yum. I roasted mawa with lil ghee and went on adding thandai powder, dessicated coconut, ilaichi powder,condensed milk and Rose syrup. It took me about 7-10 min. Took it off flame. Spread it on oil coated tray. Cooled it and cut it into desired shape.
