‘Daal-Baati-Churma’comes from the times of Magadh empire during which grains like wheat,jowar,bajra,horse gram were a part of the meal.
These perfectly baked roundels are dunked into Desi Ghee accompanied with Churma & Panchmael Daal ,which trends from later civilisation.
The credits to this dish can be given to the Mewar dynasty from Rajasthan who added their own combinations of spicy and sweet to create an unforgettable meal that is known as Daal-Baati-Churma.😍🤤
