  • Carrot 200 grams
  • Beans 200 grams
  • Cauliflower 200 grams
  • Green peas 200 grams
  • Onion 100 grams
  • Ginger 30 grams
  • Garlic 20 grams
  • Cooking oil 60 mililitres
  • Khada masala 20 grams
  • Green dhania 30 grams
  • Almond 100 grams
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Take fresh vegetables – carrots, beans, cauliflower and green peas. Wash them properly and keep it aside.
  • Take ghee in a pan. Put jeera, ginger, garlic and all the vegetables. Cook it properly. Once cooked, let it cool down.
  • Grind into fine paste.
  • Take oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic and the grinded vegetables. Add water.
  • Let it boil. Check seasoning and serve hot with namak pare.
