- Take fresh vegetables – carrots, beans, cauliflower and green peas. Wash them properly and keep it aside.
- Take ghee in a pan. Put jeera, ginger, garlic and all the vegetables. Cook it properly. Once cooked, let it cool down.
- Grind into fine paste.
- Take oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic and the grinded vegetables. Add water.
- Let it boil. Check seasoning and serve hot with namak pare.
