Blueberry Muffins

  • 1. In a bowl take the milk and add sugar, cake gel to it. Beat till the sugar dissolves into the milk. 2. Add vanilla essence to it. 3. Add all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and baking soda) and stir into the mixture. 4. Mix well around 2-3 minutes or till everything is incorporated. 5. Add oil slowly around 45 seconds. 6. Mix blueberry into the batter with cut and fold method. 7. Set Oven to the 180°C. 8. Prepare A Muffin Tray. 9. Pour the mixture in prepared tray and bake for 20-25 mins or till a skewer inserted comes out clean. 10. Put the dry cakes on a wire rack to cool and the tuck in.
