Pesto Zucchini Noodles with Stirred fry Veggies

  • 1 no , Green zuchhini
  • 4-5 tbsp , Basil pesto
  • 1 cup , Roughly chopped veggies of choice
  • 1/3 cup , Broccoli (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp , Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp , Chilli flakes
  • 1tsp , Mixed herbs
  • 2-3 , Cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp , Olive oil (for zucchini pasta and veggies)
  • As per taste , Salt


  • 1) Take a vegetable spiralizer and make zuchhini noodles from the same and keep aside.
  • 2) Now take a non stick pan, add in the olive oil, now add garlic, chilli flakes and mixed herbs, mix well, then add the veggies, black pepper powder and salt. Stir fry these on a high flame. Once done, remove them in a plate.
  • 3) Now in the same pan, add in some olive oil, then add zucchini noodles and add the pesto sauce and salt as per taste. Cook these on high flame for 1-2 minutes and mix well with tongs. Once done remove it in a plate and serve this with Stirr fried veggies


Serve it warm.
