Paneer stuffed moong daal chilla

Ingredients

  • Soaked moong dal 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoons
  • Onion 2 tablespoons
  • Capsicum chopped 2 tablespoons
  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Grated paneer 1 cup
  • Chopped coriander 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion n capsicum, sauté for 2 min. Add grated paneer, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala n mix well. Turn of the heat ,Add coriander leaves and keep aside.
  • Grind soaked moong dal, Add salt, gcg paste n water to make thin batter for chilla.
  • Add pinch of soda to batter and whip well. Pour the batter on heated tawa to prepare chilla.Cook on both the sides with good spoon of oil.
  • Stuff chilla with paneer stuffing n roll it n relish with chutney.
