  • Bell Pepper 3
  • Paneer 50 gm
  • Cabbage 4 slices
  • Carrot 1 small
  • Grated Ginger small piece
  • Salt
  • Carm seeds 1 Tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 Tsp
  • Roasted Cumin powder 1 Tsp
  • Dried mango powder 1 Tsp
  • Coriander leaves 5
  • dried fenugreek leaves 5
  • Oil 5 Tsp

Instructions

  • Bell Peppers Green Yellow Red Cut them in 2 halves ,remove seeds
  • For Stuffing -> Mix 1.Grated Paneer 2.Shredded Cabbage 3.Shredded Carrot 4.Grated Ginger 5.Salt 6.Red Chilli powder 7.Roasted Cumin powder 8.Carom seeds 9.Dried Mango powder 10.Coriander leaves 11.Dried fenugreek leaves Mix it
  • Saute above mixture in hot pan with little bit of oil Slightly cook the paneer When color becomes little bit golden Consider it done
  • Spoon Paneer stuffing in bell pepper
  • Pan fry Bell peppers in little bit of oil Let them cook for 7 to 10 mins until golden brown color appears Serve them with flat bread of your choice
  • Garnish with Coconut and pomegranate
