- Take a pan roast the dry chillies and coriander seeds on a slow flame for a minute and then blend the same in a fine powder like mixture.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, once the seeds cackle and sliced capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Later, add the powdered mixture, tomatoes, salt and 2 tbsp water, mix well and let it cook for 2 -3 minutes
- Add paneer and cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan, roti or paratha.
