  • Paneer 150 grams
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoons
  • Dhania jeera powder 2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Garam masala 1/4 teaspoons
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoons
  • Kasuri methi 1 teaspoons
  • Cream 1 tablespoons
  • Ghee 1 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garlic pods 3 units
  • Tomato 1 units
  • Whole red chilli 2 units
  • Khada masala 1 tablespoons
  • Cashew 1/2 tablespoons
  • Oil 1 tablespoons
  • Coal piece 1 units
  • Few drops of ghee as per taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 pinch

Instructions

  • Heat Oil Add khada masala, Onion, tomatoes, cashew. Roast for a while. Let it cool n make a paste.
  • In a Pan, add Jeera, ginger, garlic,Bay Leaf, Onion n Capsicum.
  • Add Dry Masala's n prepared Paste.
  • Then add Fresh Cream, Kasuri Methi, Paneer n Salt.
  • Pour 1/2 C Water n let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Heat coal Piece, place over in a small bowl,pour Ghee over it.
  • Cover n let it sit for 2 minutes. Remove it n serve hot.
