  • Curd 2 cup
  • Besan 2 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  • Green chillies chopped 3 units
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Dried coriander seeds 1 teaspoons
  • Chat masala 1/2 teaspoons
  • Fresh coriander 2 tablespoons
  • Mint leaves 4-5 units
  • Sliced onions 1/2 cup
  • Sliced spring onions 2 units
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoons
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoons
  • Curry leaves 4-5 units
  • Whole dry red chilli 1 units

Instructions

  • Blend curd with besan and seasoning, blend it well.
  • Saute ginger garlic paste in oil on medium heat and add coriander seeds and green chilies and water ,boil it on medium to low flame till it is cooked. keep aside.
  • Add water in gram flour, add pinch of soda, beat it well and make a paste for pakora and keep aside .
  • Add all spices, mint and coriander leaves, chopped onion and garlic and deep fry pakoda in hot oil on medium heat.
  • Add fried pakoda in kadhi .
  • For tadka heat oil, Add cumin seed, mustard seed, sliced onion, curry leaves and whole dry red chilies and pour it on kadhi and cover the kadhi for 3-4 minute to serve.
