No fire cranberry coconut burfi

Ingredients

  • Decigated coconut 2cup
  • Milk powder 1cup
  • Fresh Cream 2tbsp
  • Milk 5tbsp
  • Caster sugar 1/4cup
  • Chopped Cranberry 2tbsp
  • Chopped pistachios 2tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1tsp

Instructions

  • Take one flat bowl. First of all add caster sugar ,fresh Cream and milk and mix it well
  • Then add decigated coconut powder,cranberry and cardamom powder in it. Mix it well with clock wise direction.
  • Then take a tin or plate add some ghee and grease it.
  • Add all mixture in it and spread it evenly.
  • On the top spread chopped pistachios for garnishing. Keep it in freeze for 15 minutes .then cut into pieces.

Notes/Tips

We can use other dryfruits also. We can make roll also.
