Ingredients

  • 2cup, Decigated coconut
  • 1cup, Milk powder
  • 2tbsp, Fresh Cream
  • 5tbsp, Milk
  • 1/4cup, Caster sugar
  • 2tbsp, Chopped Cranberry
  • 2tbsp, Chopped pistachios
  • 1tsp, Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Take one flat bowl. First of all add caster sugar ,fresh Cream and milk and mix it well
  • Then add decigated coconut powder,cranberry and cardamom powder in it. Mix it well with clock wise direction.
  • Then take a tin or plate add some ghee and grease it.
  • Add all mixture in it and spread it evenly.
  • On the top spread chopped pistachios for garnishing. Keep it in freeze for 15 minutes .then cut into pieces.

Notes/Tips

We can use other dryfruits also. We can make roll also.
