- Take a bowl, add curd, baking soda, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, sugar, few drops of oil and mix well.
- Add coriander seeds, black pepper seeds, sesame seeds in gram flour and knead a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 1-2 hours
- Later, roll the dough into equal pieces and the cut same and shape the pieces with rough ends.
- Deep fry few pieces on high flame until they are golden brown or red in color
- Take the pieces out on an absorbent paper
- Let it cool and store
