  • Gram flour 200 grams
  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoons
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoons
  • Sugar 40 grams
  • Coriander seeds 1 teaspoons
  • Black pepper seeds 1 teaspoons
  • Sesame seeds 5 grams
  • Curd 100 grams
  • Oil 1 teaspoons

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, add curd, baking soda, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, sugar, few drops of oil and mix well.
  • Add coriander seeds, black pepper seeds, sesame seeds in gram flour and knead a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 1-2 hours
  • Later, roll the dough into equal pieces and the cut same and shape the pieces with rough ends.
  • Deep fry few pieces on high flame until they are golden brown or red in color
  • Take the pieces out on an absorbent paper
  • Let it cool and store
