  • Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Butter/ Margarine 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tspn.
  • Grounded & soaked Flax Seeds 1 tbsn.
  • Rolled Oats 1 1/4 cup
  • Wheat Flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tspn.
  • Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tspn.
  • Sesame Seeds 2 tbsn.
  • Coarsely copped nuts 1/4 cup
  • Cocoa Powder 1/2 tbsn.
  • Baking Powder 1 tspn.
  • Chocolate Chips 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • Soak flax seed in 2 tbsn. of water. Beat butter nd flax seeds till it softens.
  • Add sugars & Vanilla Extract.
  • In a separate pan roast rolled oats & sesame seeds.
  • Add wheat flour, cocoa powder, cinnamom powder, salt & baking powder.
  • Add this mixture to butter & sugar mix & refrigerate for 15 mnts.
  • Drop round shaped cookies on a baking sheet & put chocolate chips all over it.
  • Pre-heat oven to 180ºC and bake for 15 mnts. till light brown.
  • Cool slightly & remove from Cookie Sheet.
