  • 1/2 cup , Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup , Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup , Butter/ Margarine
  • 1 tspn. , Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsn. , Grounded & soaked Flax Seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup , Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup , Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 tspn. , Salt
  • 1/2 tspn. , Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 tbsn. , Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cup , Coarsely copped nuts
  • 1/2 tbsn. , Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tspn. , Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup , Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Soak flax seed in 2 tbsn. of water. Beat butter nd flax seeds till it softens.
  • Add sugars & Vanilla Extract.
  • In a separate pan roast rolled oats & sesame seeds.
  • Add wheat flour, cocoa powder, cinnamom powder, salt & baking powder.
  • Add this mixture to butter & sugar mix & refrigerate for 15 mnts.
  • Drop round shaped cookies on a baking sheet & put chocolate chips all over it.
  • Pre-heat oven to 180ºC and bake for 15 mnts. till light brown.
  • Cool slightly & remove from Cookie Sheet.
