  • Bananas 4
  • Apple sauce 1/2 Cup
  • Canola oil 1/2 cup
  • Agave nectar 1/2 cup
  • Molasse 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • cinnamon 1 tsp
  • nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • carob chips 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Mash the bananas really well, add sugar thru molasses. Mix it up. Sift in flour thru salt. Mix until just combined. Fold in carob chips. Fill the muffin tins almost to the top. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
