  • 2cups, Sweet potato grated
  • 1tbls, Ginger green chilli paste
  • Salt totaste
  • Tempering
  • 1tsp, Zeera
  • 4tbls, Roasted crushed peanut
  • 9-10, Currypatta
  • Oil
  • Green. Dhaniya


  • Peel sweet potato wash abd grate in thick mould Add salt and green chilli ginger paste
  • Tempting Heat oil in a pan add zeera when cracked add curry patta
  • Fry for 30seconds add groundnut Remove from fire
  • Pour this tempering in grated potato and mix well
  • Transfer it to microwave dish and
  • microwave for 5-6 minutes with cover Stire in between for 2-3minutes or till Poha done.
  • Garnish with dhaniya It is ready to eat


We can steam the grated sweet potato and then do tempering
