  • 200 grams , Bhindi
  • 1 units , Large onion
  • 1 tablespoons , Oil
  • 1 cup , Yogurt
  • as per taste , Ginger garlic paste
  • as per taste , Salt
  • as per taste , Turmeric powder
  • as per taste , Red chilli powder
  • as per taste , Dhana jira powder

Instructions

  • Cut bhindi and onion into thin pieces.
  • Heat a kadhai, add oil and onions.
  • When onion turns brown add bhindi followed by all the spices and salt.
  • Take a small deep pan, add ghee and mustard, pour temper on curry.
  • Mix all and let it cool.
  • Turn the heat, finish off by adding yogurt to it.
  • This can be served with rice or roti.
