  • Bhindi 200 grams
  • Large onion 1 units
  • Oil 1 tablespoons
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric powder as per taste
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • Dhana jira powder as per taste

Instructions

  • Cut bhindi and onion into thin pieces.
  • Heat a kadhai, add oil and onions.
  • When onion turns brown add bhindi followed by all the spices and salt.
  • Take a small deep pan, add ghee and mustard, pour temper on curry.
  • Mix all and let it cool.
  • Turn the heat, finish off by adding yogurt to it.
  • This can be served with rice or roti.
