- Take a bowl, add wheat flour, semolina, chickpea flour, dry ginger powder, coarse wheat flour and ghee. Mix until the mixture is crumbly.
- Now add milk and knead the mixture into a stiff dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal size balls. You can either shape it in a tikki or can just give the impression of your fist.
- Deep Fry the tikkis on a medium flame until they are golden brown
- Let the tikkis cool down and then crumble the same into small crumbs
- Grind the crumbs until they are finely powdered.
- Add chopped dry fruits and powdered sugar and mix well.
