- Chopped all vegetables & apple fine. Grate beetroot into curd. Beat the curd with egg beater till smooth. In a bowl add chopped veggies & sprinkle black pepper & black salt.
- Now add chopped coriander & boondi in it. Now add beetroot flavoured curd on the veggies.
- Mix all things proper. Now take a small pan for tarka. Add ghee in pan & roast sesame till colour change.
- Put the tarka on raita. Keep it for some time in freeze. The pink raita is ready for serve.
