Ingredients

  • 200 gm curd
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 3 inch piece cucumber
  • 2 slices apple
  • 1/2 green chilli
  • 2 table spoon fresh coriander leaves
  • 3 table spoon salted boondi
  • 2 inch piece beetroot
  • 1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon black rock salt
  • 1 tea spoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Chopped all vegetables & apple fine. Grate beetroot into curd. Beat the curd with egg beater till smooth. In a bowl add chopped veggies & sprinkle black pepper & black salt.
  • Now add chopped coriander & boondi in it. Now add beetroot flavoured curd on the veggies.
  • Mix all things proper. Now take a small pan for tarka. Add ghee in pan & roast sesame till colour change.
  • Put the tarka on raita. Keep it for some time in freeze. The pink raita is ready for serve.
