Vegetable Momos

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 cup water 1/2tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • as required Some chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • as per taste Salt pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl add maida, salt & add water as required and knead the dough once done add some oil and knead it once again and cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside.
  • In a pan add oil once the oil is heated add green chillies & ginger and sautee it well Then add chopped capsicum & cabbage, salt, pepper and give it a mix and make sure you don't over cook it
  • Then take a small portion of the dough and make a ball and roll it with help of rolling pin
  • Once done add add the stuffing and seal the edges and place them into the idli steamer. Steam them for 20 Min once done open the lid and your momos are ready

Notes/Tips

Serve them with red schezwan chutney & Mayo
