  • Maida dough
  • Potato
  • Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Capsicum
  • Corn
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Red chilli
  • Garam masala
  • Sugar
  • Turmeric
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan then add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time, now add in chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrots,corn kernels and boiled potatoes. Now add in salt as per taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix all the spices and ingredients well then cover and cook it for 2 minutes at medium low flame. After 2 minutes add in sugar, lemon juice and again cover and cook for 3-4 minutes at medium low flame. After 3-4 minutes open the lead and add in garam masala again cover and cook for 1 minute, after 1 minute add in coriander leaves and turn the heat off and keep the stuffing aside to cool. Now make small balls from the dough and take one ball and roll it little then put about 1 tsp of stuffing at the centre and bring all the edges of rolled ball to make potli. Deep fry in hot oil. And serve with ketchup.
