  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric
  • Garam masala

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil,then add chopped brinjal and fry till soft. Then take the brinjal in a bowl and add red chilli powder,salt, turmeric,garam masala and mix well.
