- Take a sauce pan add 2cups milk and sugar,boil on low flame, take 4tbsp milk(room temperature)in a cup,add cornflour mix well without lumps,when milk starts boiling add cornstarch slurry and vanilla essence, keep stirring on low flame until it thickens turn off the flame.let it cool down
- Now powder biscuits in a blender add melted butter to it mix well, take serving glass add 3tsp of this mixture press it lightly, now add one layer of prepared vanilla custard, repeat the process again, garnish with biscuit powder and some melted strawberry jam on top of it...refrigerate for 20 minutes serve chilled..
