- Grease one flat tray or plate with ghee spread desiccated coconut evenly. Now boil milk add sugar and keep stir Mix cornflour in 1/4cup milk very well add this mix in to boiling milk.. constantly stir till it become like thik pouring constancy batter spread this batter on prepared tray.
- In cream add custard 🍮 powder and wipe very well /.(can add 1 tbsp sugar and any color) add essanse and mix well.
- Spread this wipe cream on prepared tray. again spread desiccated coconut on top set it in freez till 10-15 min take it out and cut it from the centre (vertically) now cut it in to 2 -2 inches horizontally. can serve like this only or we can roll each part Grantley and decorat with dryfruits.
