- Boil fresh whole milk in a heavy bottom pan. Add sugar to taste. Simmer on low flame till half is left. Put off the flame. Add a can of condensed milk and 250 ml pack of fresh cream. Add flavor of your choice. Here I have added some rose syrup.
- Place cake or cupcakes in a dish and poke it with a skewer. Pour the rabri on it slowly so that cake absorbs it. Cover and chill it.
- Serve with garnishing of your choice. Here you can see a kulfi flavored tres leches topped with slivered nuts and a small dollop of pista cream.
