- Firstly heat ghee into the pressure cooker and add cumin seeds.
- Now add chopped onion and fry until golden pink, then add chopped tomato and until mashy.
- Futher add spices and cook until becomes ghee separate.
- Now add chopped tori and cover with pressure cooker lid and cook with 2 whistles.
- Ready simple tori ki sabzi served with chapati or paratha and enjoy!
