Easy simple and healthy sabzi. This is a gravy version of the sabzi.

Tori ki sabji

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg tori peeled and chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  • Firstly heat ghee into the pressure cooker and add cumin seeds.
  • Now add chopped onion and fry until golden pink, then add chopped tomato and until mashy.
  • Futher add spices and cook until becomes ghee separate.
  • Now add chopped tori and cover with pressure cooker lid and cook with 2 whistles.
  • Ready simple tori ki sabzi served with chapati or paratha and enjoy!

Notes/Tips

You can add garlic if you wish to.
