  • Besan
  • Maida
  • Rice flour
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Ghee
  • Hing
  • Baking soda
  • Tomato
  • Water

Instructions

  • Mix besan, all purpose flour, rice flour, salt, chilly powder, ghee, asafoetida and baking soda. Using water form a batter. Heat oil. Slice the raw tomatoes. Dip each slice in the batter and drop them in the oil. Bajji's are done when both sides are cooked and golden brown. Serve with chutney.
