- Heat 4 Tbsp Oil, add cloves, cinnamon and Elachi. Then add long Chopped Onion, fry till golden.
- Make a paste out of tomatoes, garlic and ginger and add the same to the fried onion
- Once tomatoes releases oil, add chilli powder and pudina. Fry well
- Once masala is fried add 3 cups water and rice, add chopped coriander and garam masala powder before closing the lid
- Close and cook until 2-3 whistle
