Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Besan
  • Salt to tastes
  • 2 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn turmeric powder
  • 1 tspn coriander Powder
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • Pinch asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
  • Oil for frying as needed

Instructions

  • Take Bowl n added all above spices n besan in it..
  • Added water as needed n make thick better from it.
  • Pour it in gathiya machine n make gathiya in hot oils.
  • Frying it both the sides in medium flame till get crispy.

Notes/Tips

If you like than added garlic paste too.
