- For Onion Paste, Take a Mixer jar, Add onions, ginger, chillies, garlic, salt and add little water and grind to smooth paste. Remove in a Bowl and keep aside.
- For Tomato Puree, In the same Mixer jar, Add tomatoes, salt, chilli flakes, Oregano and water. Grind into a smooth Sauce consistency. I do not like watery. Keep it aside
- For Boiling Pasta, Take a broad pan, Add 4 cups of water. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp olive oil. Bring the water to a boiling point and than Add Macaroni/Pasta. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Keep staring in between to avoid sticking to each other. The Macaroni will turn a bit soft.Do not over cook.
- Next is Take a Pan, Add 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Butter,Add onion paste and cook for 2 minutes until rowness goes of the onions. Add Tomato base puree.Add 1 tbsp of Tomato or red chilli sauce for the extra flavor. Add 1 tsp of Sugar. Add all your Veggies.of your choice as I have used corn, Red and Green capcicum and onions.Add you Pasta..Add little salt as its already there in both the paste. Add water if required. Cover the lid. Let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle Cheese on top. Serve Hot.
