This is traditional sago or sabudana kheer, cooked especially during fast, here have made a small twist by adding homemade thandai powder. This is good during Summers as it helps to beat the heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Sago or sabudana-
  • 500ml Milk
  • 1/2 bowl Sugar-
  • 2 tablespoon Thandai Powder
  • 1teaspoon dry fruits chopped

Instructions

  • First of all heat the milk.
  • Add pre soaked sabudana into the milk.
  • Now cook this on a slow flame, till the sago gets cooked n milk becomes bit thick
  • Now switch off the flame, add sugar n mix well.
  • Once it comes to room temperature add thandai powder n mix.
  • Keep in refrigerator, serve chilled. Garnish this with chopped dry fruits.
