  • Fresh Curd-250 gram
  • Ice cube- 3 to 4(as per required)
  • Strawberry crush -1tbsp
  • Gulkand-1tsp
  • Pomegranate -4tbsp
  • Apple- chopped 1
  • Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
  • Tutti fruiti-1tsp

Instructions

  • Take fresh curd in bowl. Put some ice cube &whisk together.Add strawberry crush & gulkand. Add fresh pomegranate &apple put vanilla essence. Add tutti fruiti .Sprinkle with cardamom powder.

Notes/Tips

Use fresh curd .if curd is sour then add fresh cream. You can use any kind of fruits.
