Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg fresh spinch 1/2 cup beans chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot chopped 1/2 cup fresh peas
  • 1/2cup cubbed paneer 1 tbsp corn
  • 2 onion, grinded alog with 5 cashew
  • 2 tomatoes grinded
  • 2, 2 each , clove cardamom, bay leaf
  • 4 black pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp each turmeric, coriander powder, red chil
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp oil as per taste salt

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients
  • Boil spinch and make fine paste and keep aside
  • Now heat a pan add 1tbsp oil add all cut veggies and add salt and half cook all
  • Heat another pan add oil, add Ginger garlic paste, clove, cardamom, cumin saute it, now add Onion paste saute for 2 min, add turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder, mix it now add, tomato paste and cook it till oil became out from it
  • Now add, all shallw fried veggies in it saute 2min, now add spinch puree and mix well add salt cover for 2min
  • Remove form heat, add cream before off the falme if you want creamy texture, ready, enjoy this delicious sbj milnoi with roomali roti or laccha paratha
