Ingredients

  • 2 Egg
  • 1 Chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup Chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup Chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup Chopped beans
  • 2 Chopped green chillies
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • as per taste Salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • as required Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oil. Saute the veggies. Add the sauces,Salt & pepper. Stuffing is ready.
  • Beat the eggs. Add salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil. Prepare the omlette. Put the veggies on one side. Grate the cheese & fold the other side. Enjoy your breakfast.
