- To a mixing bowl add 1 cup(250 ml) fresh cream.Whisk it for few mins.Add condensed milk to it.Whisk it for 2 mins in medium speed.Take your strawberries.
- Rinse it well, remove the leaf and the center(optional).I saw this technique of using a straw to remove the center part so tried it.Add it to a mixer jar and puree it.If you want it pulpy then blend it accordingly.Add it to the mixing bowl.Fold in using a spatula.Add strawberry essence.Mix it.Pour into freezer safe box.
- I sprinkled the remaining strawberry puree on top.Freeze it for atleast 8 hours.Scoop and serve.
