Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups maida
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • as required Few strawberry chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp milk (if required)
  • 4-5 drops strawberry essence
  • 4-5 drops rose pink food color

Instructions

  • Sieve the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a cup mix vinegar and milk. Keep it aside till it cuddles.
  • Now in another bowl, mash the banana's, add oil, sugar powder and the cuddled milk. Mix well. Add the strawberry essence and food color. Again mix gently.
  • Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients together. Add the chopped strawberries. Mix again well. Preheat the oven @180°c for 10 minutes.
  • Grease the tin and pour the cake mixture into the tin. Bake it @180°c for 30 - 35 minutes.
