- Sieve the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a cup mix vinegar and milk. Keep it aside till it cuddles.
- Now in another bowl, mash the banana's, add oil, sugar powder and the cuddled milk. Mix well. Add the strawberry essence and food color. Again mix gently.
- Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients together. Add the chopped strawberries. Mix again well. Preheat the oven @180°c for 10 minutes.
- Grease the tin and pour the cake mixture into the tin. Bake it @180°c for 30 - 35 minutes.
