  • 3 cups Rice
  • 1 cup Udad dal
  • 1 cup Moong and moth sprouts
  • to taste Salt
  • pinch soda
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Soak rice and dal in a vessel overnight Now drain out from rice and Dal grind it in mixer transfer to bowl and keep anything aside for fermentation.
  • Add salt and oil. Boil moong and moth boiling water cook it with salt for five minutes cool and crush it in the mixer add in better.
  • Hit water for idli Grease idling plate add oil and baking soda in batter and stir it till better becomes flippy pour into the plate and put into a steamer and steam for 5 to 7 minutes. It's ready, to cool it and transfer to the plate.

Notes/Tips

Serve with green chutney or coconut chutney.
