- Rinse the chickpeas well and dump them into the insert of your pressure cooker add 1cup water close the lid pressure cook for 4whistle. Turn off the flame.
- Then drain the chickpeas, and pour them into a blender or a food processor. Add the garlic, lemon juice salt tahini, olive oil and water as well as any other flavouring s or seasoning you like. Process until completely smooth.
- Serve the hummus immediately or store in the fridge up to 1week.
