Ingredients

  • 1 bowl chopped palak
  • As needed besan
  • As needed oil for frying
  • To taste salt and red chiilli powder and turmeric

Instructions

  • Take a big bowl add besan and palak and mix it till lumps free
  • Now add salt, red chiilli powder and turmeric powder and again mix it and then add water make a batter
  • Now take a wok add oil and heat it and then put into batter in heated oil and deep fry
  • Now spinach pakoda is ready and serve it with tomato ketchup
