- Wash the spinach and cut the stem off. Boil water and Blanch the spinach for 2 minutes and immediately put them into cold water and set aside. In a blender add the spinach and make a smooth puree.
- Take Butter or pure ghee in a pan add onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves fry them and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now, add tomato, spinach puree.keep stirring them.
- Add cornflour, sugar, and mix them. Finally, Spinach Soup is ready and add few fresh cream and Lemon juice. Enjoy!!
