  • Sooji
  • Carom seeds
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Curd
  • Maida
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Add semolina, carrom seeds, red chili flakes, and salt in a bowl and mix. Then add curd and mix again properly. Take a portion of the dough and Place it on the rolling board and roll into a disc and dust it with maida. Make small circular puri of it. Heat oil in a deep vessel. Fry the puris in it until it turns golden. Serve with mint Paani.
