  • 4 sitaphal extract (deseeded)
  • 200 gms milk powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1 tsp ghee (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp green food color (optional)

  • Make a pulp of sitaphal in a mixie blender. Heat a pan and cook the pulp, add sugar powder, mix well. It will get loose. Keep stirring continuously. Then add the milk powder. Mix again, add ghee (its optional). If you are using a non stick pan no need to add ghee. Add food color
  • The mixture will leave the sides of the pan. Means it's ready. Cool it completely.
  • Grease your hands, divide the mixture. One portion 3/4 and the other 1/4. From the 1/4 make medium size balls. From the other make small balls.
  • Now to make the shape of the sitaphal, take the medium size ball and cover with the smaller balls prepared and gently stick it together. Roll it in your palm as you roll a roti ball.
