- Take curd in a bowl and hang it in muslin cloth overnight so that all the water from curd drains out
- After that take out hung curd in a bowl add sugar and mix both ingredients. Then whisk it or beat with the help of electric beater to make it soft and smooth
- Add Saffron in milk and add it into the curd.add eliachi powder and mix well Keep it in refrigerator to cool down
- Garnish with chopped dry fruits
