Ingredients

  • 500gms curd
  • 200gm sugar
  • Saffron- 5 to 7 strings
  • Cardamon/ Eliachi powder
  • Dry fruits
  • 1/2cup milk

Instructions

  • Take curd in a bowl and hang it in muslin cloth overnight so that all the water from curd drains out
  • After that take out hung curd in a bowl add sugar and mix both ingredients. Then whisk it or beat with the help of electric beater to make it soft and smooth
  • Add Saffron in milk and add it into the curd.add eliachi powder and mix well Keep it in refrigerator to cool down
  • Garnish with chopped dry fruits

Notes/Tips

Take fresh curd Hang the curd Atleast for 6-7 hours. You can add more or less sugar as per your requirement of sweetness
