- First take bread slices & cut its sides. Now cut roundles of it with the help of cookie cutter or any lid. Now heat oil in a pan & fry these discs till golden brown.
- Take milk in a heavy bottomed vessel for boiling. Dissolve thandai powder & milk powder in 4 tbsp cold milk & add to the boiling milk. Keep stirring. Now add milkmaid to it. Heat it till it becomes thick like a spread. Now switch off the flame & let it cool. Keep it in fridge for sometime.
- Now arrange crispy discs in a serving plate & spread thandai rabdi on it. Garnish with some chopped nuts & Tutti frutti.
