Ingredients

  • 200 gms mushrooms
  • 100 gms paneer(cottage cheese)
  • 1 big capsicum
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • Chop veggies and keep aside. In pan add oil.once hot add finely chopped garlic ang green.
  • Saute,add capsicum,paneer, mushrooms.add black pepper,salt.saute on high flame for minute. I have added red chilli powder for extra spice you can skip.
  • Serve hot and enjoy
