Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sabudana
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tspn roasted n crushed peanuts
  • 2 tspn ginger chilli paste
  • 1 tspn coriander leaves
  • 1 tspn lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tspn garam masala
  • Pinch sugar
  • 1 tspn falahari flour for binding
  • Oil for frying Vada as required

Instructions

  • Washed n Soaked Sabudana for 5-6 hours..
  • Boiled potatoes n strain Sabudana n keep aside.
  • Mashed potatoes n added Sabudana n all above spices n lemon juice..
  • Added coriander leaves n flour or crushed peanuts n mix nicely.
  • Take small portion n make tikki shape from it.. Adjust thickness as you like.
  • Heat oils n fry Vada in law flame..
  • Fry it till get golden brown n crispy..

Served with sweet curd..
