- First wash the sabudana and soak them in water for five hours. Then strain the water and keep it in a cotton cloth for 15 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and potatoes and saute. Then cover with a plate and let it cook untill the potatoes are tender.
- Add peanut powder, sugar, salt, red chilly powder and mix well.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, add sabudana and stir. Cover and heat for 5 mins.
- Turn off the gas, add lemon juice and stir.
- So the sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
