Ingredients

  • 7-9 leftover roti
  • 5 pcs Boiled potato
  • 2 pcs chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic chili paste
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6-7 pcs curry leaves
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • as required Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Firstly heat oil in a pan add curry leaves,mustard seeds,ginger chili garlic paste, salt,sugar, garam masala and lemon powder, onion saute it well and add potatoes mixture
  • Cut roti in two pieces fill potatoes mixture and roll it dip in besan mixture and dip fry it
  • Serve with tomato ketchup
